Every story can be redeemed. I guide you to reconnect with your values, rediscover your identity, and step boldly into a life filled with purpose and peace.
I know what it feels like to fight battles no one else can see — to carry pain that tries to convince you you'll never heal. My story is not an easy one, but it's proof that healing is possible, and thriving is real.
I grew up in chaos. Addiction, abuse, and instability were part of my daily life. I learned early what it means to survive, but not how to feel safe. Those early years shaped my understanding of trauma, trust, and what it means to rebuild from the inside out.
I joined the U.S. Army proud to serve my country and make something of myself. But even in uniform, trauma followed me. From experiences of betrayal and assault to the daily weight of duty, I discovered that strength isn't about never breaking — it's about learning how to rise again.
I've battled depression, PTSD, and addication. I've faced homelessness, hospitalizations, and hopelessness. For years, I carried invisible wounds — but through faith, therapy, community, and recovery tools, I began to rebuild piece by piece.
Healing wasn't instant. It was messy, humbling, and real. But I learned that recovery doesn't erase pain — it transforms it into purpose.
Today, I live with both physical and mental health challenges, but they no longer control me. I've learned how to manage, cope, and grow on my own terms. I'm alcohol-free, more mindful, and grounded in faith. My journey is living proof that even after everything — healing, joy, and peace are possible.
Now, my mission is simple:
To be the person I needed when I was struggling — someone who gets it.
Through coaching, training, and speaking, I help others move from trauma survival to Triumphantly Thriving — with real talk, real tools, and real hope.
I've been where you are, and I'm ready to walk beside you.
Let's take that first step together.
